SQLite Support Added to ClayDB

I updated the SQLite adapter and datadict for ClayDB in the Clay repo on GitHub. I haven't pushed it to the Clay Framework repo yet. It's kind of a dirty fix for now; they are based on the MySQL adapter and datadict in ClayDB. I haven't tested it on Linux yet, but plan to this weekend if I have time. It works on Windows and uses the PDO SQLite extension in PHP. Databases are created in the /data folder. No changes were required to ClayDB query syntax; the adapter and datadict translate ClayDB's methods, so everything that works under MySQL works with SQLite.
